College Isn’t Free. Scholarships Can Help.
New York City College of Technology offers a variety of scholarships to entering freshmen, continuing and transfer students. Many of these scholarships are based on academic merit and/or financial need.

Students who wish to be considered for need based scholarships must file the current year’s Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) www.fafsa.gov. Receipt of a scholarship may affect the amount of state or federal aid for which you may be eligible.

City University of New York Scholarships
The Schiller Fund was established in The New York Community Trust to provide scholarships to CUNY students in the fields of literature and/or history who are among the best and brightest and who demonstrate financial need. The areas of literature and history are very broad and include many courses and many different programs. Applications will be reviewed with that in mind. For the 2021-22 academic year, there will be ten scholarships of $1,000 each. Completed applications are due no later than July 14, 2021. All awardees will be notified by August 20, 2021.
